Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- International Shipping: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. ELEVATE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
